Ladies of the world and LJ help me to get a good nights sleep!! Lately I am suffering from the worst insomnia, I can't seem to get a full nights sleep. Don't get me wrong, I manage to get a good 7-8 hours a night but it always seems to be a couple of hours here and a couples of hours there. I used to take Nytol tablets which is supposed to be a natural herbal aid, which I don't believe for a second, and it worked for a while but I don't like or want to take tablets.

For the last couple of nights I've been trying:

Molton Brown - Yuan Zhi Pluse Point Balm



relaxing yuan zhi pulse point balm - massage onto inner wrists, behind ears and temples

I thought this would be good for making me feel relaxed so I can drift off into a nice sleep. To be honest I have no idea if it is working or not, I find I still have to put my ipod on for me to drift off to sleep. I do feel like it's doing something but not too sure what.

Please help me get a good nights sleep!!!
